Dante was just now arriving at the meetup point just outside of the junkyard. He was right where he and Anya were supposed to meet up at. He looked around, not seeing her anywhere and leaned against the fence. A few feet above him, on top of the fence, was a thick layer of barbed wire.

Anya ran through the run down town a shop keeper running after her because she stole an apple by only paying half price for it. She laughed and ran faster climbing up on to a house and ran across the rooftops quickly loosing the shop keeper. She jumped off a lower house and ran towards the junk yard. Seeing Dante by the fence she wondered how long he'd been waiting. She ran up to him holding the apple in her pocket. "Hey," she greeted.

Dante looked over at her and smiled. "Hi. Ready to do this?" He asked her, getting off of the fence. He grabbed part of the chain-link and pulled a section off, revealing it had been cut open before.

"Of course," She said ready and went under the fence. An empty backpack on her back. After going under she started looking around. "I wonder if we'll find anything good today. Maybe we'll find a bag of chips or something!" She said enthusiasticly. "I wonder what chips taste like anyway."

Dante nodded. "Yeah." He said, following her in. "Maybe we'll find something valuable." He looked around the junkyard. The hills of rubbish were piled very high and went on for quite a ways. "Should we split up?" He asked.

Anya nodded. "Yeah, though I don't think either of us should go far from each other." She said and looked around for a good place to start looking for stuff. A lot of it was trash and not worth a thing. Every now and then though there was something worth selling for a lot of money.

[IseeTea]

Dante nodded. "Alright. But if you see a Peacekeeper, hide. They won't hesitate." He said, and started off into the junkyard.

Anya nodded and walked off starting to look around. She crouched down and started to go through things. The last thing she'd ever want to do is get caught by a Peacekeeper. There was no peace here in the first place. Everyone is struggling to even stay alive.

Dante rummaged through the pile. Most of it was just cans of food. He continued searching, hoping to find something valuable. There had to be something out here, right?

Anya found a couple batteries. She had no idea if they could be used but it didn't look like they wete leaked. So she put them in the backpack. After that she found a lot of scrap metal in the pile.

Dante rummaged around. He wasn't finding much. He found a few springs, which he put into his bag. Eventually he moved over to another area, making sure to be wary of broken glass. He found a small, half-full box of paper-clips. He was making sure to keep his eyes open for anything that looked important.

Anya moved to a different pile and dug through it and found a necklace with a crystal cresent moon on it. She looked over it in admiration. "Wow," she said softly.

Dante continued digging and looking for anything of value. He found an old carton of cigarettes which would probably sell for a modest price. He looked around and thought he saw something out of the ordinary. It appeared to be an intact bottle. He started making his way towards it.

Anya stood up and looked around seeing Dante and walked over to him. "Hey I found something." She said once she got over to him. She held the necklace out for him to see. No doubt it would sell for a good price in the black market.

Dante looked at the necklace. "Woah. That's amazing." He said, looking at it intently. "I think I found something also. I was just going over to get it." He said. "Otherwise I haven't found much. Just some springs and stuff like that."

"Well let's see what you were looking at." She replied clipping the necklace around her neck so she wouldn't loose it. "Where is it?" Ayna asked him.

Dante pointed towards a large pile just a short distance away. "There's an interesting looking bottle over there. Weird thing is, its still in tact." He said, walking towards it.

Anya walked behind him. "All the bottles are usually broken. How could one still be intact?" She asked confused by it.

[IseeTea]

Dante shrugged. "I don't know, that's why I want to see." He said, coming to a stop. He bent down and picked up a small, half-full bottle with a red liquid inside. "What is this made of?" He asked, knocking on the strange, durable substance that made up the bottle. He checked the label. The label was just as red as the liquid inside, with black writing on it. "I can't read what this says. It must be written in Newspeak." Newspeak being the language used by the officials. It was unknown to most citizens.

Anya looked at the bottle carefully. "That say double zero." She said pointing to a few words only being able to read just a little bit. "The guy in town who does the print taught me a few words." She said. The word if written as a symbol would be øø.

[IseeTea]

"What does double zero mean?" Dante asked her. He wasn't familiar with Newspeak, so he was a bit curious as to what the liquid in the bottle was.

"I think it's supossed to be a sign of danger. Although danger of what is the question?" Anya said confused as to what it was supossed to be. The liquid was nothing she'd ever seen before. Although you usually don't see bottles of medicine anymore.

[IseeTea]

Dante frowned. "Odd. I wonder what its doing here." He said, looking it over. "Do you think there are more of them?" He asked, suddenly.

[Smystar99]

"Lets look," Anya said kneeling down and looking around for other glass bottles. "Do you think they'd be worth selling?" she asked him curiously.

[IseeTea]

Dante nodded. "Probably. If not the liquid, then the bottle would. I don't think it's made out of glass." He said, searching around for more bottles like it.
